Mr Ulrich Hoffmann was born in 1958 and bred as a Catholic.  Mr Hoffmann qualified as master of Education and social psychology in 1984 at University Paderborn and further in business at University St. Gallen Switzerland. During 1984~2011, Mr Hoffmann successively held the posts of CEO in Rehabilitation Clinic Olsberg, Rehab Clinic Dortmund and Rehab Clinic Dusseldorf (Neurology and Geratics). Since 2012, he has been serving as CEO in Academy of Music in Southwestphalia Germany.

As a devout Catholic, Mr Hoffmann engages himself in public welfare activities and is always open、tolerant of all religious beliefs. In his religious philosophy, most religions in the world share comparable ethics and principles and are devoted to love. In recent years, he has great interest in Buddhism, especially Tibetan Buddhism.
